I believe that 3D renderings are a critical step in any design project. Being able to accurately visualize what a space will look like before any purchases have been made, or construction has begun can save you time, money and frustrations!

This service is intended for a client who needs the creative vision for their project brought to life. Whether you’re in the middle of planning a renovation, refurnishing, or just day dreaming, I can help you to see the potential of your space with a photo-realistic 3D rendering!
*Please note, designs are conceptual and will not include product or material procurement.
*A design concept board with examples of materials/products can be added to a rendering service.

-(4-6) 4K Renderings: Showcase your space in stunning detail and clarity.
-Use of "look-alike" models: See what the finished space will look like with all the finishing touches.
-360 room views: “Stand” in your space and look all around!
-2D floor plan: See how it's all laid out and how everything will spatially relate to each other.
-Two rounds of minor revisions.

-720 walking tour- $25
-Design concept packet- $75/hr
-Additional revisions $35/hr

Purchase the package: I will email you an invoice followed by a welcome email.
Onboarding: This part of the process gives you all of necessary information about working together via a handy welcome packet with all of the links and steps outlined.
Information gathering: I'll kick things off by having you email me all your project's info and filling out a quick questionnaire. This step is crucial in helping me clearly understanding the project details and scope.
Kick-off call: Schedule our initial meeting using the link in the welcome packet.
Rendering: My rendering process is where the magic happens. I'll create photorealistic images that breathe life into your designs so that you can really envision what the finished space could look like.
Revisions: We will collaborate on any changes that you want to see. I want you to be 100% happy with the final look, this is your home after all!
Delivery of the final images: Once everything is OK'd by you, I will email you a Google Drive folder with all of the deliverables.

Ideal for smaller spaces (10ft x 10ft and under) such as powder rooms, breakfast nooks, window seats, small bedrooms (approx. 10ft x 10ft), entryways, built-ins, wet/dry bars, small laundry rooms.
EVERYDAY LIVING$375
Ideal for everything else! Secondary/primary bathrooms, secondary bedrooms (larger than 10ft x 10ft), primary bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, offices, sunrooms, media rooms, mudrooms, outdoor spaces.
HEART OF THE HOME$499
Intended for kitchens of all shapes and sizes. Because the heartbeat of your home deserves special consideration and planning.

Certainly! This type of project would be conceptual in nature and requires a custom quote. I don’t source items such as custom cabinetry, countertops, flooring etc. as that is outside of my service offerings. What I can do is create a cohesive design plan with examples of materials that you would then source yourself.

Yes! I can absolutely include existing items into a rendered design. Products may not be EXACTLY what you have, but I can get close.

I recommend starting with a discovery call to make sure I’m a good fit for your project. Then, you purchase a package!

I want this to be as easy as possible for you! So I provide the option to communicate via email, text message, phone, or within the client portal. You can choose your preference when filling out your Client Questionnaire.

You will be able to download all of the project items from the client portal. Your login never expires, so you don’t have to worry about your files disappearing!
